“I got to know and love Tai Chi during my acting training at the Center for Acting, Dance and Movement from 2001 to 2004. After that, I played on different stages in NRW for several years, including under the direction of the Fischer & Jung ensemble. After a few years on stage, during a personal crisis, I reoriented myself professionally and trained as a Qi Gong, meditation and Tai Chi teacher. I have been teaching at various institutes since 2010. In addition to that, I teach classes in theater.”
