Everyday Strengthening for Dancers (and everyone else)

Nataliia Bulatova

Thursdays from 9-10:00.

This class is similar in pacing to Yoga, with exercises designed by a highly experienced dancer/movement researcher that stretch, strengthen and condition the body, relieve muscle tension, and release back/neck pain.

Teacher Nataliia Bulatova, besides her extensive training as a dancer, trained in Kinesiology, Pilates, Yoga, and progressive Ballet Technique (PBT), all of which play a role in her unique offering. She also incorporates self-massage with a lacrosse ball into the class structure, leaving one feeling stronger, more conditioned, and refreshed. Nataliia takes into consideration the individual wishes, needs, and abilities of all class participants.

The class is open to all: artists, athletes, couch potatoes, and everyone in between.
