Communication

Effective communication skills form the foundation of every relationship, whether in a personal or professional context. In this workshop, we will use methods such as non-violent communication and mindfulness to gain a deeper understanding of communication and practise it in a practical way. We will take the time to reflect on previous communication challenges and explore potential for further development by learning from our experiences.

The ‘Connect’ workshop series: a collaboration between KGNM and TGR.

The ‘Connect’ training project focuses on professionalisation through resilience building for artists and cultural professionals.

After overcoming the coronavirus crisis, we have entered a new phase of negotiation. The focus seems to be on future prospects, self-assessment, self-exploitation, time management and finding personal boundaries.

KGNM e.V. surveyed its members and their networks between November 2023 and January 2024 to identify the most pressing weaknesses and the most frequently requested professional development needs. Based on this assessment, TGR is structuring a programme consisting of four events.
